Bonus #5: New Group Manager Bonus Pool

• The month you reach the rank of Group Manager and promote to Founder, the value of your Group Retail Volume is pooled with all other new Group Managers. Your GRV will continue to be added to the pool each month you qualify as a Group Manager or above for up to 6 months.
• Earn 1 share of the pool when you first promote as a Group Manager and you earn 1 share for each month you qualify to be paid as a Group Manager for up to 6 months.
